NGY Trainer for:
Next Generation Yoga Teacher Training for 2-7 yr. olds
Ana is an International Business graduate with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She has worked in the high-tech industry since 2000 and thoroughly enjoys it. She has traveled extensively for work and pleasure discovering that travel is one of her great passions as she enjoys sharing with new cultures and learning about their roots and traditions. Ana is a creative and dynamic person who loves meeting new people, swimming, listening to music, studying, reading and of course, practicing Yoga!
Ana began teaching Next Generation Yoga classes immediately after graduating from the NGY Teacher Training for 2-7 yr. olds in 2015. She embarked on her new journey as an NGY Teacher with lots of love and joy teaching Yoga camps, Spanish Immersion Yoga classes, public events at parks, private parties and at Yoga studios. Ana continued to expand her knowledge by taking the NGY Teacher Training for 8-13 yr. olds only a short time later. This love and joy she feels while teaching led her to become an NGY Trainer, with the intention of inspiring others to share Yoga with children and families with the same passion and joy.
Ana was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. She has 2 fun and loving little girls who are her best friends and with whom she enjoys baking, dancing, doing crafts and practicing Next Generation Yoga. Watching children laugh, move, jump and sing while they flow through beautifully crafted lessons is her favorite thing about teaching Yoga to kids. She is a big proponent of the benefits that Yoga brings to children and how this practice will be a life-long tool to help them overcome challenges in the future. Finding balance in oneself is key to success and she is committed to teaching this concept to young children. Ana wants to share the gift of Yoga, movement, learning, music and fun with children and adults, and has discovered that there is no better way to do it than as Next Generation Yoga Teacher and Trainer!
