Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk,’ in the Berkeley Hills, I share about the anchor I use that is keeping me grounded during my recent move to the Bay Area. While being in a new city with new people, new places & new things is exciting for me, it is bringing up some fear and feelings of discomfort. I find that remembering where I have been, and the successes I have had, helps to anchor me and that I can move through this with confidence and trust. Check out my video to hear about what is helping me to stay grounded.
I would love to hear from you. What is your personal anchor? What has helped you get through changes in your life? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you!
All love,
jodi
Dearest Jodi, I feel you! Moving from LA to north county took so much time, and continues to take time. For me, the playgrounds were different, the people, and yes the grocery stores! What amazed me was how supportive my LA friends were, how much they encouraged me, how they held me, and reminded me that LA is always there and will welcome me back for visits with open arms and hearts. Life is such an adventure and how beautiful and fortunate we are to continue to evolve!!! You are an inspiration. Trust this is your path, and Encinitas will always be here, welcoming you back for visits with open arms. LOVE you Jodi. Go Jodi Go!!!!
reading your words of support are also an anchor for me beth. thank you ~ this is exactly what i needed to be reminded of this morning.
i love you & so grateful we met just weeks into your move to encinitas & before my move to sf. what a gift!
love,
jodi
I will try to post again!! Anchors for me while I am adjusting to living in Mexico have been staying with Spirit – very close to that higher power, my Yoga and Reiki practices and other typical daily routines. Work helps greatly and well just general connecting with people that I meet. I am very happy for you Jodi!! Keep going!!

my anchor is “take time to breathe”
