Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, I am reminded of the importance of being gentle with myself. Lately I have been present to others who are going through hard times, I mean like real hard times … sickness, job loss, divorce, and so on. I personally, have been experiencing a lot of change, too. It’s not always easy to have compassion for ourselves when we’re experiencing big changes & challenges in our lives, but it is such a gift when we stop to do so.
