2-4 yr. olds
Yoga comes to life in these fun and creative classes designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity. Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques, teach 2, 3 and 4-year olds about their budding bodies.
Sprinkled with music, crafts, picture books and age-appropriate props, we’ll spark the child’s inner yogini while enhancing language development, motor coordination and play skills. Classes are an equal balance between active & passive poses.
5-7 yr. olds
Cooperative games, theme activities, storytelling, music, and art engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of the 5, 6 and 7-year old child.
Classes explore Yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.
8-10 yr. olds
Kindling the maturing independence of 8, 9 and 10-year olds, these classes encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills.
Alive with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques, children are sure to relish in their selves. As well, partner poses and cooperative Yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that are sure to carry into their everyday lives.
11-13 yr. olds
Expanding minds and maturing bodies come together through independent and group activities that stimulate preteens physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence.
Classes integrate traditional Yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, deep-relaxation and meditation techniques as well as self-reflection. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the physical and philosophical aspects of Yoga.

Yogis and Yoginis come together in a lighthearted environment for individual, partner and family Yoga fun! Age and developmentally appropriate poses, animated breathing exercises and soothing relaxation techniques awaken the inner-child of all age participants.
