Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, I am inspired by laughter. This past weekend I experienced the healing effects of laughter while visiting my family in Portland. During my visit a business challenge came up for me that was a little distracting. But my niece and nephew helped me get through it by being their happy, silly selves, which included lots of tickling and laughter. This worked wonders for my spirits and reminded me of how important laughter is for our well-being.
