Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, I share one of the most amazing experiences I have had while in Kenya ~ meeting the Masai people. The people from this Masai village warmly welcomed us with dance and music, inviting us to share in their traditions and way of life. Witnessing their connection to the earth and their self-expression through song and movement was a powerful reminder that happiness is best found in the simple things: holding hands with a new friend, the exhilaration felt while jumping up and down, and getting your feet a little dirty while dancing in community.
I would love to hear from you. What are some of the powerful, life-changing experiences you have had in your life that are culturally diverse? How have you connected with people of other cultures? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you!
