As I prepare for my 3-week journey to Asia, I have been noticing that the busier I am, the easier it is to lose sight of the present moment. I have found myself rushing, and in my haste I have been breaking & misplacing things. I am able to easily recognize this so I pause, acknowledge it, and remind myself to get present & appreciate this moment.
I have some special tools that I use to bring myself back into the present moment.
