This week, on my Wednesday Walk, I walked myself over to Happy Feet in Hong Kong. While I am loving these 2 weeks of leading the Next Generation Yoga Teacher Trainings, I have been working long days, been short on sleep, and my body is quite frankly … tired. However, I know the value of self care. It is especially important during these busy days that I allow myself time to relax, nurture and heal my body so that I can continue to teach and share myself with enthusiasm, joy and renewed energy.
