Wednesday Walk ~ Transmuting Fear Into Courage

Happy Wednesday, Friends!

On my ‘Wednesday Walk with Chants’, I share about my many new business projects and how it is bringing up some fear … and, that I am choosing to acknowledge the fear and & move through it, with courage. This powerful skill of Transmuting Fear Into Courage can seem like a difficult one, but we all have the ability to do it. Check it out …

I would love to hear from you! Is it difficult for you to Transmute Fear Into Courage? If so, what are the things that are holding you back? If not, what are some tips you can offer those who are having trouble with this? Please share so we can all learn from you!

HELLO JODI, I really appreciate you weekly walks with Chants, and specially enjoyed today’s talk about fear. Thank you so much for reminding me of something very important; changing your fear and using it as courage. I also love the musique that you used at the end, can you please tell me what it is. I would love to use it.
    Love and Light,

Thank you Jodi as I recover your emails occasionally and today was one of those days where something told me to be present in really listening to your Wednesday walk message today. Sure enough it was a subject of exactly what I am going through. I have never built a business on my own. I’m not sure how but have been researching and figuring it all out. I am also a kids yoga instructor and this year really started focusing on this passion more then anything. The fear you spoke of is something that’s been coming up a lot within myself because I never started one. The question is can I really do this ?or am I kidding myself. But your right if I in fact let fear rule and decide not to. I would have never known if I could have. So I am using the fuel of fear to fuel my courage rather. So I decided to keep on with it CBS know that I can do it! Thank you for sharing your messages!

    Hey Jodi!

Excellent work. Sometimes I transmute fear into curiosity. If I’m more curious than I am afraid, then I can certainly move through it. Right now, I’m facing a lot of my fears – publishing my book, quitting my job as a caretaker for my grandma, and finding other sources of income. Very exciting, lots of change, and of course there is fear. Yet I won’t let it get me down.

    Glad to see you movin-on-up!!!

Any new challenge in life should have a healthy amount of fear associated with it. If not, you’re not truly allowing yourself to experience your feelings to their fullest. The fires of courage are fueled by fear! Namaste Jodi 🙂

    • jodibk 8 years ago

    Hi Jodi, 🙂
Thank you very much for your sharings…
For the subject “fear” I experienced many times in my life that if the the impulse for doing/ not doing something is fear this means there is a problem about this situation. Before going on it is better to see what is behind this fear. If you can do this fear turns into Love and of course courge or whatever you really need at that moment.

As you now they say that being barve doesn’t mean that you are not afraid of anything but means that you have the power to move on in spite of your fears.

    With lots of love… 🙂

beautiful gamze ~ i love you so much! you are so wise … yes, fear sometimes can be a signal that our intuition is speaking to us. and still if we know it is in our highest good to do it, and its just False Evidence Appearing Real ~ then we get to be BRAVE!!
      cheers to being BRAVE!!!
      love you!

Jodi, thank you for your Wed. walk. I relate, and have dealt with fear and continue to when jumping into something new. Practicing yoga, taking walks, and talking about my fears with family and friends helps me to organize my thoughts, be more creative, and barrel through my fears. They allow me to stop my busy life long enough to listen to my intuition, my inner-wisdom, and to listen to the insight of lovely people surrounding me that may have gone through similar experiences. That is why I so easily connect and enjoy your Wed. walks, thank you for sharing your life experiences, fears, and insights so that we can learn from each other!
