Volcano Yoga for 2-7 year olds: Features thematic Yoga poses, sensory-rich Creative Movements, 2 lava-inspired Yoga Games and age-appropriate educational facts. With easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions, “Volcano Yoga” allows 2-7 year olds to learn about and experience the wonder of volcanoes. Written by NGY Founder Jodi Komitor and NGY Teacher Nicole Koleshis, we’ll show you how to infuse the “Volcano Yoga” theme into a class, specifically designed for 2-7 yr. olds or 8-13 yr. olds.
