Why do you teach Next Generation Yoga?
I would like to give children the opportunity for a sense of peace and harmony in their daily lives through the practice of Yoga and Creative Movement.

How do you practice yoga off the mat?
I walk around and engage in the Yoga class.

What do you do when are not teaching NGY classes?
I teach adult Yoga classes.

What is your special gift in connecting with children?
I have a child-like spirit.
