Tuesday Tip ~ Consistency Matters

On today’s ‘Tuesday Tip’ for The Biz of Kids Yoga I share the simple but important message that being consistent and keeping commitments matter! You may notice a different background for this video, and YES, I am filming from my bed! I just finished 6 amazing days of leading Next Generation Yoga Teacher Training and today is my day of rest. That being said, I made a commitment to myself and you … and know the value of consistency ~ so why not film in bed!

Really, the important message here is to stay committed and follow through with what you say you are going to do. Whatever it is; marketing, social media, teaching classes … it’s key to be consistent and committed even when you are tired, un-showered or just don’t feel like it. If there is a specific day you are scheduled to do something, then don’t let anything get in the way of completing that task – even if you have to film from your bed!

Check out today’s video blog and learn why it is so important to be committed and consistent in your business.

OK, Kids Yoga Teachers … now it’s your turn! Your action step is to evaluate the things you need to do in your business and when they need to get done. Then make sure you stay consistent and committed!

I would love to hear from you – let me know how your action step goes and please leave a comment on the blog, facebook pageor send me an email at jodi@tboky.com with any other topics you would like me to talk about in an upcoming ‘Tuesday Tip.’

In support of you,
