Happy Tuesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Tuesday Tip’ for The Biz of Kids Yoga I share how important it is to have a closing conversation with people you have worked with in the past, and for whatever reason, the relationship has ended. Whether it is a school, a parent, another teacher or an employee, once you have gone your separate ways, it is important to make a connection with those folks before too much time goes by.
Take the risk and have a closing and clearing conversation to find out what worked and what didn’t work in the relationship. Don’t be afraid to ask for feedback and use that information to improve yourself and your leadership skills. You never know what juicy tidbits you will learn! Even if things did not end on the best note, there is always room to have that clearing conversation for the betterment of all!
Check out today’s video blog to learn how having that closing conversation can help improve you and your business.
OK, Kids Yoga Teachers … now it’s your turn! Your action step is to take a look at people you have worked with in the past and schedule a completion conversation with them. Then take a look at what you learned about yourself and how you can improve your future relationships!
I would love to hear from you – let me know how your action step goes and please leave a comment on the blog, facebook pageor send me an email at jodi@tboky.com with any other topics you would like me to talk about in an upcoming ‘Tuesday Tip.’
All Love,
jodi
