On today’s ‘Tuesday Tip’ for The Biz of Kids Yoga I share the importance of organizing and tracking your leads. Your leads are the people that have expressed interest in your business but may not be ready to purchase from you right now ~ and they are super important, right!? At Next Generation Yoga, we have created an organized spreadsheet to track our leads. There are separate sections for Teacher Trainings, birthday parties, whatever the interest, and columns for the customer’s contact info such as name, email and phone number. We note what conversations we have had with the customer and when we need to follow up with them next. Then every time we make contact, we add a column detailing the conversation and the next follow up date.
This document is so important because if you don’t keep good track of your leads, they can easily get lost out there in outer space! It is not only important to create this document, you must also get in the habit of looking at it every day. Stay on track with who you need to follow up with so you can convert your leads into paying customers. There is so much going on in a Kids Yoga biz and this method of lead tracking is something that has worked very well for my biz.
