Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, I share about how I recently took a workshop that brought up feelings of pain and discomfort. Instead of suppressing these feelings, I have been sitting with them and really allowing myself to be okay with what I’m feeling. No matter how uncomfortable or challenging some feelings can be, it’s so important to acknowledge them instead of pushing them away.
