Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, well I am not really on a walk 😉 ’cause I just got back to my San Francisco apartment after a trip to New Orleans. I wanted to make a quick video and share some advice on staying healthy & maintaining a strong immune system. You see, in the past month, I have been traveling A LOT & while it has been amazing to visit so many places, travel can be very taxing! But whether it’s travel, stress or just the day-to-day grind, I have found that it’s so important to maintain regular & healthy habits in order to support the body to work at its optimal health.
