Wednesday Walk ~ Wisdom Reflections

Happy Wednesday Friends!

On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’ I share with you the excitement I’m feeling after attending Wisdom 2.0, a mindfulness and technology conference, this weekend. There are 2 takeaways that I’m still buzzing about. The 1st is hope and possibility about maintaining presence and mindfulness in the midst of living in a technology-driven world. My other takeaway is an awareness of the ways that I am bringing presence and mindfulness into my life, and when I am not. Check out my ‘Wednesday Walk’ for inspiration on bringing mindfulness, presence and other practices like compassion and gratitude into your own life.

    This really resonated with me this morning – thank you Jodi! I feel like technology and the digital age can be a good thing, but it is up to us to balance its use as we balance all other aspects of our lives. Just yet again another reminder for me to think about how present I am in my own life <3

    Hi Jodi, I use all the 5 senses to help me be mindful wherever I might be. It is very grounding to zone into subtle sounds and sights and then bring it into slow motion mindfulness. Cheers to you, dear Heart. Will be in SF in March–will I get a sighting?
