Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Wisdom’ I share about the importance of self-care. Last week, I led a six day Next Generation Yoga Teacher Training and while it was an amazing experience, I definitely felt the need to recharge. So what did I do? I went to the chiropractor, had a relaxing day at the hot springs and came out feeling nourished and refreshed!
