On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, I discuss radical self-care! Here in the United States, tomorrow is Thanksgiving, which is the start of the holiday season … a time that can be busy and stressful. If you have been following my journey, then you know that I am about to embark on a 6-week mini-sabbatical in Hawaii. I feel so grateful and blessed to have this opportunity, and my wish for you is that you will also take time during the holidays for yourself.
