Happy Wednesday friends!
Today I share a lil ‘Wednesday Wisdom’ about the natural intelligence our bodies hold and the lessons that can arise from our aches and pains. If you know me personally, you know that I have been healing a torn tendon. It has been a powerful journey as I’ve navigated many beliefs and stories that have risen. After a recent situation, I realized that I am quick to label any pain I feel as “bad” or “wrong” or even worse that I am “un-loveable.” But what if it’s not bad or wrong? What if it’s just my body healing?!
