Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’ I share with you the excitement I’m feeling after attending Wisdom 2.0, a mindfulness and technology conference, this weekend. There are 2 takeaways that I’m still buzzing about. The 1st is hope and possibility about maintaining presence and mindfulness in the midst of living in a technology-driven world. My other takeaway is an awareness of the ways that I am bringing presence and mindfulness into my life, and when I am not.
